Information you provide directly:

• Contact and inquiry forms — your name, email address, and any message, business name, or location you choose to include when you contact us or submit a form.
• Purchases and subscriptions — when you buy a service or subscribe to a plan, your payment is processed by Stripe. We receive limited transaction details (such as your name, email, billing information, the last four digits of your card, and amount paid). We do not collect or store full payment card numbers.
• Accounts — for products that require registration (such as BiomedDesk), we collect the information needed to create and manage your account, such as name, email, organization, and login credentials. Photographers and creators may also provide profile and payout details, which are handled through Stripe.
• Submissions to ClerkSifter — if you are a county clerk or office representative who submits office information, we collect what you provide on the form, including any documents you upload.
• Email correspondence — if you email us, we retain your message and contact details to respond and keep records.

Information collected automatically:

• Usage and analytics data via Google Analytics — such as the pages you visit, time spent, the site that referred you, approximate location, and device and browser type.
• Log and technical data — including your IP address and similar information collected through cookies and comparable technologies.

We use the information we collect to:
